We’re very much looking forward to our Harvest Service and Lunch on Sunday 5th October.
We’ll spend time reflecting on God’s goodness to us, and singing traditional harvest hymns.
If you’re able to provide any food gifts, we’ll get them up to Charles Thompson’s Mission in Birkenhead.
Any financial gifts will be given to Caring For Life in Leeds.
These wonderful charities both care deeply for poor, vulnerable, and struggling members of society in a variety of ways. In doing that, they express the love and compassion of God to those whom society often overlooks or sidelines.
After the service, we’ll be enjoying a bring-and-share meal together. If you’re able to bring something that’s great, but if not you’re still welcome to come along as there’s always enough to go round.
