We had a lovely time at our Summer Fish & Chips lunch!
August is always a quieter month than usual, with no Tots or Connections midweek. So it’s lovely to be able to get together for another of our wonderful Fish & Chips lunches!
This month our food came from SelFish in Bromborough, and as you’d expect it was prepared well and tasted delicious!
Children are always welcome and it was lovely to have some with us again.
Dessert was included too so we were all totally full by the end!
Between our main course and dessert, Darren briefly interviewed Elaine Moody about her faith in Jesus. Elaine spoke brilliantly about how the past 2 or 3 years have been really difficult, but by God’s grace he answered prayer over and over and is continuing to give strength.
