When Jesus first started his ministry aged around 30, his impact was explosive. But not everyone wanted to come and see.
Some people ridiculed him or simply ignored him. Certainly, not everyone believed.
Others were curious. A little sceptical, certainly. But also interested to know what the fuss was about. Like many of us, really.
Jesus invited people to “come and see.” So that they could see what Jesus was doing and make their own minds up. Without listening to what other people told them, they should look for themselves and see if it was true.
