When Jesus first started his ministry aged around 30, his impact was explosive – but not everyone wanted to come and see.
Some people ridiculed him or simply ignored him. Certainly, not everyone believed.
Others were curious. A little sceptical, certainly. But also interested to know what the fuss was about. Like many of us, really.
In the Bible, people were invited to see what Jesus was doing and to make their own minds up. Without listening to what other people told them, they should look for themselves and see if it was true. You’re invited to do the same.
We have a number of Come and See evenings running through the year. We open the Bible and have a conversation. It’s simple and completely without pressure.
Register your interest with this form and we’ll contact you when the next one starts:
(Your details will only be used for the sole purpose of contacting you about forthcoming Come and See discussions. They will not be kept or passed on for any other purpose.)
If you’re still a bit unsure, try one of the following:
- Come to a Sunday service (you can join us in person or watch online). Everyone is welcome.
- Visit us in person to find out what God has done for us personally. We each have a story to tell, and we’d love to share it. See Mary and Sammie here, and then visit us.
- Come and see what we believe and why, at one of our conversations over John’s gospel.
Whatever you do, come and make up your own mind.
