This was a perfect event for all coffee lovers!
Matt Davies, our friend from Hoylake Evangelical Church, is an expert in coffee preparation.
He led us through a range of coffees, first by smell and then by taste. It was amazing how different each coffee was from the next, and also how that then changed once water was added.
Perhaps the biggest surprise was how different the same coffee tasted when filtered through two different machines!
