It’s often said that Jesus is the reason for the season, so what better than to celebrate him at our Christmas Day service?
There are so many beautiful Christmas carols, but some of them are particularly suited to singing right there on Christmas Day!
For example, how about the chorus to See amid the winter’s snow:
“Hail, thou ever blessed morn,
Hail redemption’s happy dawn,
Sing through all Jerusalem,
Christ is born in Bethlehem”

It’s a fairly simple, informal and short service, with carols, readings, and a brief reflection on the wonder of our God who became human to save us from our sins.
